Much like any electronic device, your hearing aids are made up of many small parts that need to be maintained and occasionally serviced. If you should experience an issue that needs repair, you can bring your devices to us for a diagnosis. Generally, we can repair them using a number of tools and supplies that we have in the office.
However, sometimes a repair requires us to send your hearing aids back to the manufacturer. In this instance, we will work with you to make this process as easy as possible. Our team will make sure to discuss the details of your warranty and repair process clearly so you know exactly what to expect.
Even if you did not purchase the hearing devices from us, please feel free to call us to set up a time that we can help you. We are available for cleaning and repair in the morning between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM and again in the afternoon between 1:00 to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Please be sure to call ahead so we don’t miss you!
