Much like any electronic device, your hearing aids are made up of many small parts that need to be maintained and occasionally serviced. If you should experience an issue that needs repair, you can bring your devices to us for a diagnosis. Generally, we can repair them using a number of tools and supplies that we have in the office.
However, sometimes a repair requires us to send your hearing aids back to the manufacturer. In this instance, we will work with you to make this process as easy as possible. Our team will make sure to discuss the details of your warranty and repair process clearly so you know exactly what to expect.
Even if you did not purchase the hearing devices from us, please feel free to stop by and let us help you with them. We have walk-in hours for cleaning and repair from 9:00 to 11:00 AM and 1:00 to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. Please be sure to call ahead so we don’t miss you!
